Charter Foods, Inc. Data Breach Investigation

The personally identifiable information (“PII”) of Charter Foods’ former and current employees was exposed in a data breach that occurred on January 13, 2023. The breach was discovered on February 27, 2023, and the compromised individuals were notified by mail beginning April 7, 2023. Former and current employees’ names, Social Security Numbers, addresses, and dates of birth were compromised because of the breach.
