Projects include in-person and web remote training sessions, drafting EHS plans and procedures and constructing internal control systems such as self-assessments and internal auditing protocols. In the unfortunate but sometimes unavoidable event a significant non-compliant condition is discovered, Jeff has drafted legal memoranda regarding agency regulatory interpretation, risk exposure, and necessary corrective measures which clearly communicate the core issues to stakeholders and provides feasible options for sound legal resolution.
